Super Duplex stainless steel refers to a stainless steel with both austenite and ferrite metallographic structures. Super Duplex steel, also known as duplex steel. Super Duplex steel is obtained from low carbon steel or low alloy high-strength steel after critical zone heat treatment or controlled rolling. Typical yield strength of dual phase steel σ S is 310MPa, tensile strength σ B is 655MPa. Dual phase steel is used for manufacturing complex components formed by cold stamping and deep drawing, and can also be used as pipeline steel, chains, cold drawn steel wires, prestressed steel bars, etc.
